How AMOREPACIFIC brought AI-driven development to SAP ECC with Kiro

AMOREPACIFIC’s ERP Platform Planning team brought AI-driven development to ABAP and SAPUI5 on SAP ECC 6.0, using Kiro spec-driven development, an MCP server, and Steering files. Across four projects, the team measured productivity gains of up to 72% and cut documentation time by 80%.
